Lt. Roemer and "Pretty Mickey"
Russ Heller was MIA while flying with
another crew.
When John Trommerhausser assumed
command of the 764th Squadron he was replaced on the crew by John McCauley
(1092). Bob Roemer (co-pilot) moved over to the left seat.
Robert C. Helt (RO) and Jay Berwanger
(G) joined the crew at some time but I cannot remember who they replaced or
why. I also cannot remember who took over as Engineer when Russ was MIA.
