The following information is from Tom Noel:

Recently my wife, Carleen, has become intensely interested in the history of her Uncle, Roland W. Morin.  He was a gunner in crew 3-2 of 764th Squadron in the aircraft TENMENBAK that was downed over Slovakia on 17 December 1944.  He was severely injured and the only man unable to exit the aircraft.

To this day a memorial to Roland is maintained in Slovakia nearby to the site of the crash.

While surfing thru the archives of the 461st I came across the crew photo that is identical to one we possess.  The photo indicated that crewmember identification was needed.  I am attaching a copy of the same photo with the crew identities.  The photo is dated August 1944 Tucson, AZ

Roland’s only son is still alive and lives nearby me here in Rhode Island.  I am sending this because Roland, Jr. does not have a computer.
