I recently came across a photo album
maintained by the 461st Commanding Officer, Col. Frederic E. Glantzberg. I
have a lot of work to do in getting all the pictures ready for the website, but
I thought everyone would be interested in seeing what Col. G had as keepsakes
from the 461st days. I recognize some of the pictures, but some of them
need a little explanation. If you recognize a picture and can supply a

Crew #70
This picture has brought out a problem in my files. This is listed
as Crew #70 in the source of the picture, however there is no crew #70
shown in the Air Echelon section of the website. There is a crew
#72 shown that is listed in the Roster as crew #70. And there's a
crew #72 shown in the Roster that is not shown in the Air Echelon
section of the website. To make matters worse, there's a crew #72
on Page 12 that matches the crew #72 photo in the Air Echelon section.
